We currently deliver to London and Kent only, using both our own vehicles and couriers. We also have a lorry specifically designated to deliver oversized pipe (6M).
Apart from goods that are in stock and available to courier (see description below), you will be contacted by phone to arrange delivery within one working day of submitting your order. At this point a mutually convenient delivery slot will be arranged.
Delivery via our drivers
Our delivery drivers will deliver to your door or in the case of apartment blocks or high rises, to the foyer. They are not insured to take goods upstairs or into your premises.
Whilst we are able to reserve a morning or afternoon time slot, this cannot always be guaranteed. You are welcome to contact us on the day of your delivery to get a better approximation of time.
Should your order need to be transported via our 6m vehicle, please ensure suitable access is available for unloading and turning.
Should your order be allotted automatically to a courier, you will be emailed and informed and then given a tracking number.
Certain items may come directly from the manufacturer. In this instance you will be contacted by us and informed that the relevant manufacturer will fulfil your order. You may contact us at any time during this process. This may apply to oversized gas and water coils, freestanding baths and certain shower doors and any other bulky goods.
In all instances you are responsible for having someone available at the time of delivery and having the necessary help to take the goods into your property.
You should check the goods for any obvious signs of damage and report any such instances to the driver. After the driver has left, we would ask you give your goods a thorough check and report any issues to us within 48 hours, we are unable to accept liability for damaged items after this time period.
